I would like to thank the bloggers who asked questions as part of my celebration of going over 1,500 followers. It was fun to do this question and answer post.

Heather Dawn of everysmallvoice.wordpress.com asked- What’s your favorite place in the world and why? My favorite place depends. I love being in the homes of my refugee friends. I love being at church. I love being in the classroom. I love Brazil πŸ™‚

Princess Cynthia of cynthiaswarroom, home.blog asked- Β What is your favorite thing about your career? I love empowering others and sharing the love of Jesus.

Crissy of walking-by-faith.blog asked- My question has to do with spiders and slugs. πŸ˜† I have a veggie garden in this place I just moved in. How can I rid the garden of slugs and spiders, without murdering the spiders ? I am a terrible gardener. I found this article about it- Get Rid of Slugs

Dawn of drawingclosertochrist.com asked-Β What’s one of the craziness things that has happened to you on one of your missions trips?? 😜 So many to choose from πŸ™‚ One of them was when I arrived in Bucharest after being delayed and having to rebook a flight and my luggage not arriving. so I had to wear what I had on for a few days. My shirt had N U on it for Nebraska University, but nu in Romanian means no.

Brenda of becominghistapestry.com asked- Of all the places you have served, which did you enjoy the best? I loved Brazil. I connect with Brazilians well and being there as the only American in a small city for five weeks was one of the best times of my life.

Deandra of deandrahurst.com asked- what’s the weirdest dish you’ve prepared/had during this quarantine? I think every thing I prepare is probably weird. Probably when I combined an avocado, salmon, spinach, and ranch dressing and had the idea that grapes would go well in it for a salad.

Pooja of lifesfinewhine.com asked- what is your favourite thing about blogging and what is your least favourite thing about blogging? My favorite things are being to express myself in writing, connecting with cool people like you my fellow Jedi, and sharing my faith.

Things that I do not like are spammy comments and people who click like without reading my post.

Herry of herrychiccounsels.com asked- Have you ever tried baking anything and how did it turn out? Once I bought some frozen chocolate chip cookie dough to bake chocolate chip cookies. The problem was that I also bought a new book and a new album. I got into the book and the music and forgot about the cookies until I smelled the smoke. I never tried to bake again. lol

Alicia of forhispurpose.blog asked- I already chatted with you about better time management so if you care to elaborate on time management advice that’d be good otherwise I’ve got nothing else. Other than saying time is a dimension I choose not to travel in, I would like to teach you a word to use. NO. Sometimes we need to prioritize and say no to things that do not fit with what God is calling us do. A nice way of saying no could be- I appreciate you asking, but I had other commitments.

megan asked- What is the best way to cook in a microwave? Use popcorn setting for everything πŸ™‚

Gibberish of iemotions8.wordpress.com asked- what’s the most important incident in your life that has made you firmly believe in Jesus? Jesus continually does things to strengthen my faith. A big one was when he brought me from almost dying to recovering.

Viv of godswhispersoftruth.wordpress.com asked- How do I find a salamander gone missing in my house?🦎 Oh my. Maybe set out one of those mouse traps, one where they go in but can’t get out but it doesn’t kill them. Put something in it the little lizard likes to eat.

bigskybuckeye.com asked- Do you have a quote which has served as a sort of β€œgo to” piece of wisdom for you? For me to live is Christ and to die is gain.

Thank you for reading. God Bless,

  1. Oh no, I missed the question round. But was fun to read the answers to these questions. The thing that has me intrigued the most is…..”got you from dying to recovery”…..I know I’d love to read a post on that someday, brother Matt, if you’re comfortable doing that. I’ve been subject to a lot of stuff from Matt Dillahunty and Christopher Hitchens these 2 weeks….would be nice to listen to a something from the other side πŸ˜πŸŽ€πŸ™πŸΌπŸŽ€πŸ˜

  2. Ahhhh I love these…your NU shirt in Romania to your grapes in your weirdest quarantine dish…
Thank you for using the word NO as you answered my question, I need to use it!!!
